Requirements

Plans for the contest must meet the requirements of either Title 24 or Title 25 of the State of California.  Plans must be of aesthetically pleasing homes, cozy in arrangement, approximately 500 square feet or 900 square feet in size and fit in with the mountainous regions of Northern California.

The contest will start on XXXXXXXXXX ##, 201X and plans must be submitted by XXXXXXXXXX ##, 201X to be considered.
